Terms and Conditions for King Productions LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

 

By booking services through King Productions ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking and Service Details

  • When you book a photography or hair service through our website or other platforms, you are reserving a specific date and time for your session. Details of the service, including location, time, and any additional requests, must be confirmed by both parties prior to the session.

2. Payment

  • Payment Requirements: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be clearly stated at checkout and deducted from your total service cost.

  • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session before services are rendered. We accept payments in cash and through secure third-party processors, such as PayPal, Square, or credit/debit cards. We do not store full credit card details.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made within [24/48] hours of the session will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least [48] hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

  • Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of your deposit.

 

4. Refunds

  • No refunds on services rendered. 

 

5. Late Arrivals and Session Time

  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session time may be shortened, and the full-service fee will still apply. If you are more than 20 minutes late a $30 fee will be assessed in addition to your service Price. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, you're at risk of your appointment being canceled.

  • Session Duration: Each booking is allocated a set amount of time. If you require additional time, this must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional charge.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including your contact details, service preferences, and any other relevant information to help us prepare for your session.

  • Conduct: We expect clients to behave respectfully during the session. We reserve the right to discontinue services if a client engages in inappropriate behavior, and no refund will be issued.

 

7. Delivery of Photos and Hair Services

  • Photography: All photos taken during the session will be edited and delivered via an online gallery or other agreed-upon method. The number of edited photos delivered will depend on the package you choose. Images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the service description.

  • Hair Services: For hair services, we will do our best to meet your requested style and preferences. However, we cannot guarantee results beyond your hair’s natural texture and condition. Confirm that style is satisfactory after services are rendered. 

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Photos: All photos taken by King Productions are the property of the business. You will receive a license to use the photos for personal use (e.g., social media, prints, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use of photos requires written consent.

  • Usage of Hair Services Images: We may use photos or videos of your hair service for marketing purposes, including on our website or social media. If you do not wish to have your images used, please inform us prior to the session.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By booking our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. 10. Limitation of Liability

  • Photography: While we make every effort to capture high-quality images, we are not responsible for any issues related to the final photos, including lighting, weather conditions, or technical issues that may arise during the session.

  • Hair Services: While we will strive to achieve your desired look, results may vary based on your hair’s texture, condition, and other factors outside of our control. We are not liable for any adverse reactions to products or services provided during the session.

 

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held responsible for failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, illness, or other events that prevent the completion of the scheduled session.

 

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina and Georgia, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Horry County, SC, and Henry County, GA.
